STAREAGLE CORPORATION founded in May 2006, by Althea A. McLeish Wilson, a Registered Nurse with over 23 years of nursing experience. 

Her clinical expertise is in Home Health, Pediatrics and Home Care Management. She is experienced with chart reviews, assessing and implementing standards of care, Quality Assurance (QA) and Outcome Based Quality Improvement (OBQI). She's a master in Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and participated in numerous home care surveys and accreditation processes.

She gained extensive management and chart audit/review experience as the Quality Assurance Specialist and Alternate Administrator for a large home care agency in Florida.
