STAREAGLE CLNC is owned and operated by Althea A. McLeish Wilson, a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. 

Her clinical expertise is in the Pediatric Emergency Room and Pediatric ICU, Home Care and Nursing Management. She is a certified Pediatric ER nurse (ENPC) and a certified Trauma Nurse (TNCC). She is experienced with chart reviews, assessing and implementing standards of care, Quality Assurance and Outcome Based Quality Improvement. She's a master in Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and assisted a home care agency through CHAP accreditation process.

She gained extensive management and chart audit/review experience as the Director of Quality Management and Assistant Administrator for a large home care agency.

Stareagle CLNC opened its doors in May 2006.
